1. As soon as you've uploaded your photo and placed your order, our designers will start working their magic.
2. After 2-4 days you'll receive an email asking you to approve the design or request changes.
3. Once you've approved the design, we will produce and ship your hoodie.

Note: Some email providers may block emails with file attachments. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received your design in 4 days. If we haven't received your approval for the design within 7 days of sending it to you, we will automatically move the order to production.
