1. How does it work?
We get it all done for you in 3 simple steps:
- As soon as you've uploaded your photo and placed your order, our designers will start working their magic.
- After 2-4 days you'll receive an email asking you to approve the design or request changes.
- Once you've approved the design, we will produce and ship your product.
Note: Some email providers may block emails with file attachments. Please check your spam folder if you haven't received your design in 4 days. If we haven't received your approval for the design within 7 days of sending it to you, we will automatically move the order to production.
2. Can I combine multiple photos?
Yes! Your piece is handmade just for you, and our artists can combine elements from two or more photos into one unique design. Just email us at support@tangiblemark.com and we will assist you.
3. Which photo should I choose?
We recommend choosing an image that captures a moment that holds special meaning for you. The photo should be well-lit, focused, and have good resolution to ensure the finest detail in your product.

4. What if I don't like the design?
Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If for any reason the initial design doesn't have you doing a happy dance, no worries at all! We'll work closely with you through our unlimited, no-cost revision process until it perfectly captures the memory you envisioned.
5. How long will it take?
After the designs are approved, orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 4-8 business days.
6. Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment we are shipping in the United States only, but we do have plans to ship Worldwide soon!
7. Can I get a refund?
We want your custom piece to be absolutely perfect for you. That’s why your order includes unlimited revisions to the design, and the production only starts when we have your full approval.
Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted products, once an order is placed and production begins on your personalized item, we are unable to offer refunds.
We're committed to bringing your memories to life flawlessly. If your product is physically damaged, just let us know, and we will make it right.
